  • Traditional 360s can be very time-intensive. I will deliver a robust set of scientifically-validated insights into your workplace reputation in less than 72 hours.

  • Everyone has a unique mix of strengths, motivations, and derailing tendencies. I will help you understand yours by walking you through your reports and recommending areas for development.

  • Together, we will draft your personality-based leadership development plan, and I will equip you with a few practical, behavioral approaches you can implement immediately.

How It Works

This program includes:

  • Two executive coaching sessions (typically 90 minutes long, scheduled one week apart

  • Assessment licenses & confidential reports that summarize your unique mix of strengths, motivations, and derailing tendencies

  • A personality-based development plan to share with your manager(s) as a roadmap for success

All sessions are live and conducted virtually with Katharine unless a different arrangement is requested.
