  • Traditional 360s are time-intensive and tend to reveal more about respondents than they do about the recipient. I will deliver a robust set of psychologically validated insights into your workplace reputation in less than 72 hours.

  • Everyone has a unique mix of strengths, motivations, and derailing tendencies. I will walk you through all your data and explain what is likely contributing to your workplace reputation and how you can start enhancing your relationships.

  • Together, we will draft your personality-based leadership development plan, and I will equip you with specific mindset practices and behavioral approaches you can start implementing immediately.

This program includes:

  • Two executive coaching sessions (typically 90 minutes long, scheduled one week apart)

  • Assessment licenses & confidential reports that summarize your unique mix of strengths, motivations, and derailing tendencies

  • A personality-based development plan to share with your manager(s) as a roadmap for success

All sessions are live and conducted virtually with Katharine unless a different arrangement is requested.
