What My Clients Have to Say

  • "The insights you shared really opened my eyes to a lot of poor communication across my organization. As the leader, I'm afraid I may have contributed to these issues, so I'm going into the office more aware and more prepared make some very conscious and explicit changes."

    — Lynore, Practice Owner

  • "That session was a gift! A ton of information and a ton of insight! Now I have a lot of work to do, but I'm feeling more hopeful because I know exactly what I need to focus on and I can manage my 'hot spots' in a more nuanced way."

    — JB, Clinical Director

  • "Some of the data was tough to hear, but ALL of it was helpful! I am already managing my capacity better - not letting work stress put me on an emotional seesaw, not letting minor conflicts become big ones, and not assuming that what motivates me motivates my team members."

    — Julie, Founder
