  • 3-6 months of executive coaching sessions, typically 60 minutes long, scheduled weekly or biweekly

  • Assessment licenses & confidential reports that summarize your unique mix of strengths, motivations, and derailing tendencies

  • Customized summaries & resources that include your strategic insights, timely frameworks, and curated resources

  • Coach hotline access for quick advisory support between sessions, as needed 

Optional Add-on:

  • A team workshop to bring some of the work we are doing to your team. Improve communication, build trust, and work more effectively

All sessions are live and conducted virtually with Katharine unless a different arrangement is requested.
