  • 1:1 Sessions: Three or six months of executive coaching (typically 60 minute sessions, meeting weekly or biweekly)

  • Leadership Assessment & Reports: A scientifically-backed leadership assessment, plus four confidential development reports (a $1500+ value)

  • Customized Summaries & Resources: Detailed session summaries specific to you that include your strategic insights, thought frameworks, and curated resources from my library 

  • Coach Hotline Access: For quick advisory support between sessions, as needed

All sessions are live and conducted virtually with Katharine unless a different arrangement is requested.
